1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4661-19-Q-0038 2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 effective 20 Dec 2018, DFAR DPN 20180928 effective 26 Oct 2018, and AFFARS AFAC 2018-0711 effective 11 Jul 2018. 3. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 811121. A Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 750 Employees. 4. Set-aside: 100% small business set-aside 5. EVALUATION OF OFFERS: The evaluation for this acquisition will be solely based on lowest price of items that are found to be technically capable to meet the requirement. 11. Quote validations or extensions may be requested, in accordance with the following: FAR 52.232-18 -- Availability of Funds: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
