The 319th Contracting Squadron, Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota, is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources to provide the following: There is the need for contractors to provide Elevator Maintenance services to ensure that the base elevators are working smoothly and fluidly. The contractor will ensure all elevators are properly maintained according to the PWS. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 238290 – Other Building Equipment Contractors NOTE: If you believe the above NAICS to be incorrect please suggest alternate NAICS for this acquisition. Contractor is required to provide all management and labor required for the operation and management of the required services. Include three past references with current contact information and contract number. If subcontracts are to be used, provide anticipated percentage of effort to be subcontracted and whether small or large businesses will be used. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. Recent, relevant experience in all areas should be provided. Teaming and/or subcontracting arrangements should be clearly delineated and previous experience in teaming must be provided. The response must not exceed 5 pages. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS (SB), please list all set asides pertinent to your company, and a single award MAY be made.
