The 319 CONS is conducting market research only and seeking sources for companies to provide the following: all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to provide collection, transportation, recycling, and/or energy recovery of used oil and hydraulic fluid, off-spec fuel, hydraulic fluid and used oil absorbent pads, spent aircraft deicing fluid (ADF), spent batteries, and spent oil filters on a routine and continuous basis at Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota in accordance with with all applicable laws, regulations, and commercial practices as described in the attached Sources Sought with the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor will hold all necessary permits for transporting, recycling, and disposing of this material.
