The contractor shall provide grounds maintenance services at Grand Forks AFB (GFAFB) IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor will be required to furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary for performing grounds maintenance services in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants to present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Works includes, but is not limited to, maintaining grounds (mowing, edging, trimming, etc.) to different levels of care (improved, semi-improved, etc.), irrigation system maintenance, tree trimming and removal, and removing snow/ice from designated sidewalks, steps, stairs, landings, entrance ramps, fire hydrants, and airfield gates. UPDATE 3/20/2025: A SITE VISIT IS NOW SCHEDULED ON 3/24/2025 AT 1:00 PM CST. IF YOU ARE GOING TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT, SEND AN EMAIL TO JEREMIAH SNEDKER (jeremiah.snedker@us.af.mil) and MELISSA PEARCE (melissa.pearce.1@us.af.mil) NO LATER THAN 9:00 AM CST ON 3/24/2025) INDICATING YOUR BUSINESS NAME AS WELL AS WHO WILL BE ATTENDING THE SITE VISIT. WHEN COMING TO THE BASE, YOU WILL HAVE TO BE VOUCHED ONTO THE INSTALLATION. MAKE SURE TO HAVE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS AND DRIVERS LICENSES FOR EACH ATTENDEE AND VEHICLE REGISTRATION FOR THE VEHICLE BEING DRIVEN ONTO THE BASE. Amendment 1 Site Visit Attendee Sheet and Q&A’s have been posted in the attachments. Attachment 1 – Grounds Maintenance Performance Work Statement (PWS) has been updated. See Q&A numbers 15, 17, and 18 for what changed in the PWS. Combo Revision 1 – Updated date of the PWS at Attachment 1 to be 25 Mar 2025 NOTE: Questions received from potential offerors after the posting of this amendment will not be answered. Quotes are still due 2 April 2025 by 12:00 PM Central Standard Time.
