09/18/2024: This is the final update regarding this solicitation FA465924R0005 to post the amendment FA465924R00050005 unless updated with a new notice prior to current proposal due date i.e. 09/23/2024, 4:30 PM CST. The purpose of this amendment/update is to publish Q&As part III and referenced attachments. All pertinent documents have been uploaded/attached to this notice as of today. Thorough review of all the attachments is highly advised. One electronic copy of the proposal and applicable deliverable(s) are to be submitted by email strictly to both Ms. Carly J. Larson, carly.larson@us.af.mil and SrA Jhala N. Neupane, jhala.neupane@us.af.mil. If the file size is too large to be delivered by email, the offeror must notify the contacts listed above, and a DoD SAFE link will be provided to drop-off files. The offeror is responsible to request the link timely so that proposals will be received by the proposal due date. 09/11/2024: The purpose of this update is to extend the Proposal Due Date to Monday, 09/23/2024, 4:30 PM CST with Solicitation Amendment FA465924R00050004. 09/06/2024: The purpose of this update is to publish answers to questions (Q&As part II with Amendment FA465924R00050003) that went unanswered during first amendment (FA465924R00050001) of this solicitation (FA465924R0005), relevant attachments to such answers as well as updated North Dakota Building Wage Determination ND20240014 08/30/2024. Previously published version of Wage Determination is not applicable. Answer(s) to any unanswered question(s) with this amendment (FA465924R00050003) will be published with another amendment to this solicitation at a later date. 08/30/2024: The purpose of this update is to extend the Proposal Due Date to Thursday, 09/12/2024, 4:30 PM CST. Formal attachments will be made available via the same notice at a later date. 08/22/2024: This notice is being updated with an amendment (FA465924R00050001) to the solicitation (FA465924R0005) in order to publish answers to questions received from interested parties as well as supporting documents regarding the project/solicitation. The offeror is responsible to request the link timely so that proposals will be received by the proposal due date. 08/01/2024: The 319th Contracting Squadron at Grand Forks Air Force Base, ND is hereby issuing this request for proposal (RFP) notice with an intent to result a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract to repair Bunch Hall Dorm 221 at Grand Forks AFB, ND. A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, 8th of August 2024, 10:00 AM CST. You're being requested to meet up at the 319 CONS, Bldg. 242 parking lot prior to the scheduled time. If you already have an access to the base and intend on attending this site visit, you can simply arrive at the 319 CONS parking lot. If you have an approved base pass with sponsoring authority, you can sponsor-in up to 4 additional individuals besides yourself, please anticipate at least 10-30 mins processing time at the GFAFB main gate visitor control center (VCC) for this sponsoring-in process to complete. If you don't have an access to the base and intend on attending this site visit, please co-ordinate with PoCs provided for this solicitation notice for you to be sponsored-in. We strongly advise you to arrive at the base main gate at least 40-50 mins prior to site visit time (10:00 ASM CST) if you need to be sponsored-in for the site visit.
