The 319th Contracting Squadron, Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota, is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources to provide the following: The United States Air Force (USAF) anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13 for a Cadillac Latrine rental to include all items in the descriptions and requirements set forth below. The contractor will provide all tools, supplies, transportation, and qualified personnel needed to perform the rental and servicing for four (4) Cadillac Latrine Trailer at Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota. The rental of latrine trailer(s) shall include ALL of the below specifications and weekly servicing fees: - Has air conditioning and heating - Toilets flush- Sinks with running water - Soap dispenser - Indoor/outdoor lighting - Does not need a water hookup, internal water tank - Minimum of two (2) stalls - Internal waste tank - Supports 20 personnel - Can run off of a 220V 50 Hz generator OR has photovoltaic capabilities - Includes fees for servicing the restroom (Delivery to Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota Included) There will be a base period of twelve (12) months with four option periods. Each option period consisting of two (2) months each. 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services will also be included in this contract which allows the government to extend the contract for up to an additional six (6) months.
