The 319th Contracting Squadron, Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota, is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources to provide the following: There is the need for a contractor to provide Petrolium, Oil and Lubrication Underground Storage Tank Testing services on Grand Forks AFB, ND in accordance with the attached draft statement of work. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. If your organization has the potential capacity to provide the above listed Government needs, please provide the following information: Organization Name: _________________________ CAGE Code: _________________________ Business Type: _________________________ POC Telephone Number: _________________________ POC Email: __________________________ If you have an existing contract vehicle (GSA, NASA SEWP, NIH NITAAC, etc) that can provide this service, please provide the contract number: ___________________________________ All interested firms should submit a capabilities package that outlines the firm's capabilities in providing the required services. Contractor is required to provide all management and labor required for the operation and management of the required services. Include three past references with current contract information and contract number. If subcontracts are to be used, provide anticipated percentage of effort to be subcontracted and whether small or large businesses will be used. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. Recent, relevant experience in all areas should be provided. Teaming and/or subcontracting arrangements should be clearly delineated and previous experience in teaming must be provided. The response must not exceed 5 (five) pages. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES, OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, and a single award MAY be made.
