The 319th Contracting Squadron, Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota, is issuing a solicitation for: SUBJECT: Replace Energy Management and Control System (EMCS) The contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, parts, transportation, and incidentals necessary to replace R7044, E-Link, and XL50 controllers with new CP-Open technology in 4 Buildings at Grand Forks AFB, ND. The new control system shall be compatible and integrate with the current Energy Management Controls System Enterprise Building Integrator at Grand Forks AFB. The current system installed is Honeywell.
