Pre Solicitation: Synopsis Cavalier Custodial Services Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5) PSC: S201 Housekeeping- Custodial Janitorial 561720 – Janitorial Services The 319th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ) for a commercial service of Custodial Services at Cavalier Space Force Station (CSFS), North Dakota. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at Cavalier SFS, ND (CSFS), in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. These services will be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the pre-established Air Force Custodial Standards listed therein. The total estimated area to be covered under this requirement is 243,512 sq ft. A formal solicitation will be issued on or around 6 June 2024. The solicitation will result in a single, firm-fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded with a base period of 1 September 2024 - 31 August 2025, with four, twelve (12) month option periods to follow. The total period of performance, given all options exercised, will be 1 September 2024 - 31 August 2029. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720, Janitorial Services, and the small business size standard is $22M. This acquisition will be solicited as a total small business set-aside. A formal RFQ will be issued via sam.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be mailed. Prospective offerors are responsible for checking sam.gov to obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to the solicitation. All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database or their proposal MAY NOT be considered for award.
