The 319th Contracting Squadron is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) as unrestricted/full and open competition. This contract will be a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract to renovate the existing Child Development Center (CDC) at Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota. This is a construction contract; a design/project manual is provided in this solicitation. This contract will be funded by Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) and will adhere to NAF guidance, regulations and clauses. FAR, DFARS and AFFARS regulations and clauses are not applicable. The period of performance is 274 days. The contractor shall perform all work as specified in the project manual and shown on the project drawings for the project. This project includes tasks in a variety of trades, including but not limited to: electrical, HVAC, fire protection, asbestos abatement/removal, concrete masonry, plumbing, carpentry, concrete pavement, roofing, selective demolition, general site work (i.e. excavating, grade work, tree protection, etc.) For more information, please see solicitation and attachments.
