The 319th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) for a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract that provides for the construction of two new additions and remodeling of the existing Child Development Center. The additions will receive standing seam metal roof. The existing building will also be receiving added roof insulation, and new standing seam roof system. Remodeling of the existing building is extensive. The contractor shall perform all work as specified in the project manual and shown on the project drawings, which will be provided at solicitation. The project will include tasks in a variety of trades, including but not limited to, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Protection, Asbestos abatement/removal, Concrete masonry, Plumbing, Carpentry, Concrete pavement, Roofing, Selective demolition, general site work (i.e. excavating, grade work, tree protection, etc.). All work will be performed at Grand Forks Air Force Base (GFAFB), North Dakota.
