The purpose of this contract is to assemble, organize, catalog, and name files and as-built drawings from existing electronic files in accordance with (IAW) ERDC/ITL TR-19-7, A/E/C Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Standard, August 2019 and ERDC/ITL TR-19-6, A/E/C Graphics Standard, August 2019. The existing backlog of as-built drawings from facility project contracts are predominantly in AutoCAD format. The Contractor shall be responsible to correctly identify and name the AutoCAD files, and then convert each one into PDF format if a PDF format does not exist or needs corrections based on the changes made to the AutoCAD files. An existing digital retrieval database (Microsoft Access format) shall be populated with prescribed attribute data for each drawing cataloged.
