The 319th Contracting Squadron, Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota, is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources to provide the following: There is the need for contracted work to furnish all management, plant, labor, tools, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to perform the following work. Replace 60 Total, C&D Technologies, Inc., LCR-21 Switchgear Control Batteries in the 125VDC Power Plant Control System, which are located in Battery Room 211 of building 820, PAR Power Plant, Cavalier Space Force Station, ND. Note that the existing 125 VDC Switchgear supply voltage must be maintained at all times. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. There is currently no incumbent. This is a new requirement. Contractor is required to provide all management and labor required for the operation and management of the required services. Include three past references with current contact information and contract number. If subcontracts are to be used, provide anticipated percentage of effort to be subcontracted and whether small or large businesses will be used. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. Recent, relevant experience in all areas should be provided. Teaming and/or subcontracting arrangements should be clearly delineated and previous experience in teaming must be provided. The response must not exceed 5 pages. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, and a single award MAY be made.
