The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and management necessary for the procurement, placement, and cleaning of one hundred thirty five (135) special event portable toilets, fifteen (15) ADA portable toilets, fifty (50) hand washing stations, one (1) 22ft deluxe trailer. The contractor will clean portable toilets at 1000 and 1400 hours during airshow event. The portable toilets and deluxe trailers shall include two (2) cleanings throughout the day of the Air Show. The cleanings for the deluxe trailer, hand washing service removal and portable ADA toilets will require approximately seven hundred fifty (750) gallons of water for use and disposal. The contractor will furnish (50) hand sanitizer stations and refilling as needed. An initial twenty-five (25) portable latrines, three (3) handicap portable latrines, four (4) hand washing stations and four (4) hand sanitizing stations will be placed NLT 7am central time on 17 June 2022. All remaining portable toilets shall be in place no earlier than later than 12 am (midnight) on 18 June 2022 (approximately 12 hours prior to event start). Final delivery times will be coordinated with the contracting officer and contracting officer representative NLT seven (7) days prior to the event. The GFAFB POC will provide the contractor a placement map NLT seven (7) days prior to the event.
