The contractor shall provide all personnel, design layout, plan and pathway, parts, programming, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, technical expert and support, and other all items and services necessary to design, install, test, certify a fully operational Line of Detection System that will allow for “open storage” capabilities within room 138 and interfaces with the Base Defense Operation Center ( BDOC). All work accomplished shall be done in strict accordance with AFI 31-101 Physical Security Requirement, AFSS1 7702 Emission Security Counter, AFSSI 7703 Communications Security: Protected Distribution Systems (PDS), DODMAN 5200.01 v. 3, and ESE-SIT0001 Siting Criteria. Additionally, the contractor shall provide all personnel, design layout, plan and pathway, parts, programming, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, technical expert and support, and other all items and services necessary to alarm the Protected Distribution System (PDS) between room 138 Bldg. 542 and Bldg. 541 and shall also interfaces with the Base Defense Operation Center (BDOC). All work accomplished shall be done in strict accordance with AFI 31-101 Physical Security Requirement, AFSS1 7702 Emission Security Counter, AFSSI 7703 Communications Security: Protected Distribution Systems (PDS), DODMAN 5200.01 v.3, and ESE-SIT0001 Siting Criteria.
