This posting constitutes the pre-solicitation notice of FA465921Q0023 Pop-up Barrier Heaters on Grand Forks AFB, ND. This requirement is intended as a sole source IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to the manufactuer of the barriers currently installed at both the commercial and main gates in order to maintain the warranty on this equipment.
