No contract award will be made until funds are made available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The Government is not responsible for the cost of solicitation preparation and will not reimburse offerors for any costs associated with solicitation preparation. The contractor shall provide all the necessary hardware and software for an ESports in strict accordance with the attached Specifications Sheet, to include delivery to the purposed ESports center located in building 384 (Fitness Center) on Grand Forks AFB, ND.
