NOTICE OF INTENT FOR SINGLE SOURCE ACQUISITION This combined synopsis/solicitation is a sole source acquisition notice for commercial items/commodities prepared in accordance with FAR Subparts 12.6 and FAR part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals/quotes; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 319th Contracting Flight at 295 Steen Blvd, Bldg. 242, Grand Forks AFB, ND 58205 intends to acquire the following: PRICE SCHEDULE ITEM DESCRIPTION OF MATERIAL OR SERVICES TO BE PURCHASED QUANTITY/UNIT UNIT PRICE TOTAL 0001 Contractor to Replace HVAC Control System at Bldg. 168 at Grand Forks AFB, ND in strict accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) 1 Lot EXTENDED TOTAL: DELIVERY TIME (days ARO): This acquisition is an unrestricted solicitation. The solicitation reference number is FA465919Q0050 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05. The NAICS code for the acquisition is 334512 and the size standard is 500 employees. This is a sole-source purchase to Honeywell International, Inc. See attached redacted sole source justification. Any other offerors who can provide this requirement must provide a capabilities statement to 319th CONF by the due date below.
