The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, supplies, labor, expertise, and supervision necessary to install and upgrade the Combat Arms Target Retrieval System located in Bldg. 654 on Grand Forks AFB. The contractor shall provide all the necessary equipment, parts, labor, supervision, and management required to install and upgrade the currently utilized Meggitt target retrieval system. The current system shall be upgrade to the XWT GEN3 Kit. The contractor shall ensure that each kit is tested and operable prior to handover. The contractor shall provide the appropriate training on usage and installation to the Combat Arm Instructor Team at Grand Forks AFB.
