This requirement is for the purchase and installation of a new liquid propane gas (LP) wildlife deterrent cannon system in order to satisfactorily harass and/or deter birds and other wildlife from entering the runway environment, at Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota 58205. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform installation of the LP wildlife deterrent cannon system as defined herein. This acquisition is solicited as 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation reference number is FA4659-20-Q-J002 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07. The NAICS code for the acquisition is 332994 and the size standard is 1,000 Employees. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items, the Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Award will be based on the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors; therefore, each offeror’s initial quote should be complete and accurate and contain the offeror’s best price. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined necessary.
