The 319th Contracting Flight at 295 Steen Blvd., Bldg. 242, Grand Forks AFB, ND 58205 intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the purchase of a Moldboard for a 2008 John Deere 670D Motor Grader. Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). In order to be technically acceptable quotes must meet the salient characteristics listed in the statement of work. Quotes that do not meet the minimum specifications will not be considered technically acceptable. All quotes must be returned to A1C Ashley Joyner Mendes NLT MONDAY 20 mAY 2019 at 2:00 PM CST. This RFQ is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside; all responsible and technically acceptable offers will be accepted. This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01.
