N... This is a SOURCES SOUGHT to determine if there is sufficient small business capability in the indusry to warrant a small business set-aside for this acquisition. This is not a request for proposals. Negative responses are not necessary; only respond if you are an interested small business capable of performing the following service. We are seeking rubber removal for airfield runway and removal and repainting of striping on both runway and installation parking lots and roads. The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment required.
