B450 Fire Suppression System Installation
The Department of the Air Force Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI) is procuring all labor, supervision, materials, tools, transportation, and equipment to design, furnish, and install a complete wet-pipe automatic fire suppression system in Building 450. The work also includes associated HVAC modernization, architectural adjustments, electrical work, and plumbing tie-ins per the Statement of Work for Project CTGB 13-2020. This is a NAFI procurement, so no appropriated U.S. funds are involved, and it is conducted under DAFMAN 64-119 and DoDI 4105.67, not the FAR or the Contract Disputes Act. Offerors must submit complete proposal packages electronically via email to the designated contracting officer.
