Multi-Trade Exterior Building Sustainment (Masonry, Painting, and Gutter Repair) IDIQ – Grissom ARB
A single-award IDIQ contract will provide multi-trade exterior facility sustainment base-wide at Grissom Air Reserve Base, Indiana, covering masonry repair, exterior painting, and gutter/downspout work. The contract includes a one-year base period plus up to four additional one-year option periods, for a total ordering period of up to five years. Individual task orders typically require work to begin within 14 calendar days of notice to proceed and be completed within 90 calendar days. An organized site visit is scheduled for August 25, 2026, at Grissom ARB. Funds are not currently available; award is contingent on formal certification of O&M funds, and the government may cancel the solicitation.
