The 434th Contracting Flight at Grissom Air Reserve Base (ARB), Indiana, requires a firm-fixed-price contract for the rental of gas-powered utility and passenger golf carts to support the 2026 Grissom ARB Airshow. The period of performance is from August 24, 2026, to September 1, 2026. The base requirement includes 8 gas utility carts with cargo beds and 17 gas passenger carts, with surge options for up to 40 additional carts of each type, exercisable on or before August 14, 2026. The government may also exercise an option for daily on-site event maintenance, to which the Service Contract Act applies. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
