Employment Physicals 2026-2031
This contract requires a contractor to provide employment physical examinations for civilian personnel at Grissom Air Reserve Base, following specific Performance Work Statement guidelines. The contractor must be physically located within the area of Grissom ARB to Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, South Bend, or Lafayette, Indiana, and maintain business hours of Monday through Friday, 0730 to 1600. The evaluation of offers will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures, and the award will result in a Blanket Purchase Agreement. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have their NIST SP 800-171 assessment results documented in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). No foreign participation is allowed.
