Project Title: Project CTGB 24-1000, Maintain & Sustain Exterior Finishes Project Location: Grissom ARB, IN This requirement is to perform exterior maintenance to building envelopes on various facilities at Grissom Air Reserve Base, Indiana. Services include, but are not limited to, brick work, sealant, caulking and painting. These improvements are vital to maintain safety, environmental, and structural integrity of the building. SITE VISIT is scheduled for 03 June 2025 at 0900 hrs. Attendance is highly encouraged to help ensure the most accurate and complete proposals. Questions are due no later than 5 June 2025 at 1000 hrs.
