The purpose of this amendment is to revise this amendment from a total small business set aside to a woman owned small business set aside. FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside has been replaced with FAR 52.219-30 Notice of Set-Aside for, or Sole-Source Award to, Women-Owned Small Business Concerns Eligible Under the Women-Owned Small Business Program. The due date has been updated to account for this latest revision change. Section L - Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Offerors has been updated to account for the new due date and bid opening date. The purpose of this amendment is to add an additive CLIN, that may be used if needed, for additional 12.5' x 12.5' x 6.5" concrete slabs remove and replace per the SOW. As a result of this optional CLIN, the expected pricing changes the range of magnitude and changes some of the applicable regulatory sections. Section L and M have been added/ revised as needed to accommodate these changes. Please review this solicitation amendment in its entirety. Additionally, range of magnitude is now updated to -Between $250,000 and $500,000. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. SITE VISIT was 20 AUGUST 2025 at 1300 hrs. No additional site visits will be conducted. The project requires repair of airfield pavements at Grissom Air Reserve Base, Indiana. Work shall include demolition of existing failed concrete pavement sections, hauling of material off-site and placing and finishing new concrete pavement. The existing sections are typically 12.5’ x 12.5’ x 6.5” at four distinct sections on the airfield pavement ramp. The total pavement to be removed and replaced is 2,812.5 Square Feet (see attachment 1 for layout). NAICS CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 237310.
