This will include demolishing the current built up roofing and insulation, protecting the existing metal roofs from damage, removing abandoned electric penetration, hauling all materials off-site, and repairing/replacing both the roofing and guttering on the Installation Fitness Center. Please review all details and information on the attached drawing/statement of work. The information includes all relevant information regarding the scope, CLINS, and installation/facility location. Range of Magnitude: between $250,000 and $500,000 SITE VISIT INFORMATION: A site visit has been scheduled for 21 MAY 2024 @ 10:00 am. If interested in attending this site visit, please complete the Base Applicant Release Form which is required to visit the installation NO LATER THAN 20 MAY 2024 @ 9:00 am or you may not be allowed on base to attend the site visit.
