The Contractor shall provide a fully functional and complete working system in compliance with activity specific requirements itemized in the PWS. The Government has reviewed the requirements contained within this PWS and has determined the work to be predominately services. The Contractor shall segregate the work effort into the following tasks based on the work requirements listed: TASK 1: VAV replacement and duct cleaning for building 474 TASK 2: VAV replacement and duct cleaning for building 596 TASK 3: AHU replacements for building 596 TASK 4: Chiller replacement for building 474 TASK 5: Temperature sensor addition for buildings 474 THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 238220. Estimated Cost Range Project: between $500,000 and $1,000,000 20% Bid Guarantee is Required with Proposal in Contract Volume SITE VISIT INFORMATION: A site visit has been scheduled for 9 MAY 2024 @ 1000. UPDATE: SITE VISIT IS CANCELLED DUE TO NOT RECEIVING ANY BASE ACCESS REQUEST FORMS.
