This is a solicitation for a potential Blanket Purchase Agreement award to 1 vendor for commercial services. This is a Nonappropriated Fund Solicitation. There is no small business set-aside. This solicitation is issued as a RFP and is unrestricted for NAICS code 812320. No money will be obligated with this BPA award. BPA Calls will be initiated by NAF employees working at the Grissom Air Reserve Base Grissom Inn, and payment will be provided with a NAF Credit Card. There will be no paper issued BPA Calls after award. The historical linen quantities from the previous BPA are attached to this solicitation. The quantities in the solicitation for each CLIN are based on the historical linen quantities and ARE NOT guaranteed. The actual quantity may be under or over the estimated total. This award will be evaluated under a tradeoff process where past performance is significantly more than price. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation for any reason.
