The purpose of this Sources Sought request is to obtain cost information for a shower trailer or shower skid rental for a temporary use for 3-7 months to support personnel that have been temporarily located at an off-site location for a short-term project. This shower trailer/skid is being used to support (4) 24-hr shift personnel, and the requirement is only for a one or two stall trailer/ skid. However, we will review bids for larger trailers if the pricing is equivalent. There are no water connections available on site and the provided equipment will require sufficient tank size to accommodate these personnel with minimal servicing. The bid should include costs for all delivery, setup and removal fees, monthly rental, ad hoc and/ or routine servicing fees. Please include all relevant spec such as trailer/ skid dimensions, water tank sizes, typical servicing requirements/ costs, and any special requirements if applicable.
