The project involves constructing, maintaining, and repairing exterior finishes of buildings and structures at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana. Work includes window replacement, exterior painting, masonry repair, soffit/fascia repair, parapet wall repair, siding repair, EIFS repair, and replacement of overhead and exterior man doors. A site visit is scheduled for 2 September 2026, and questions are due by 8 September 2026. The resulting contract will be a five-year Requirements-type contract awarded to a single offeror.
