Repair B1840 Roof
This is a 100% small business set-aside contract for the Bldg. 1840 Repair Roof Project. A mandatory pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for 18 March 2026 at 10:00am at the CONS office (bldg. 145, Room 305). To attend the site visit, a CEAL (Attachment 11) must be submitted electronically to the Contract POCs by 2pm on 3 March 2026. The solicitation has been amended multiple times, and proposals must be based on the final available information. No budget or specific performance location beyond the site visit is detailed in this notice.
