Fiber Optic Cabling Requirement Contract
This is a new requirement for outside and inside plant cable installation, surveys, and maintenance in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. An amendment was issued on 02 September 2026, and a Q&A was posted on 14 September 2026. The amendment revises submission instructions to identify the contracting office POC and to clarify how and where past performance questionnaires must be submitted, including the minimum number required. Questions must be submitted via email to Jean-Denis Ducimetiere at jean-denis.ducimetiere@us.af.mil. Responses must include a completed SF 1449, Pricing Sheet, and Mock Project sheet.
