Cable Installation Requirement Contract

This solicitation seeks a contractor to provide personnel and labor for Outside and Inside Plant cable installation, surveys, and maintenance. The work must be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), and quotes must include a breakdown of equipment used. Funds are not presently available for this effort, and no award will be made until they are. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time without obligation to reimburse offerors for costs.
