The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, supervision, services, and materials to execute and satisfy the requirements of this Contract. The project NAICS code 237110 with a small size standard of $45M. The estimated project magnitude is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are presently available for this effort in the amount of the government estimate. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
