A PDF of responses is now attached and available. The contractor shall provide two large venue projectors and installation to building 500 Rm 127, Malmstrom AFB, MT 59402. Product and work must be in accordance with the Statement of Objectives. Proposed devices must NOT contain wireless signal capability and must be on the Approved Product List (https://aplits.disa.mil/). Question period will be open until 08 September 2025, at 1700 MDT. Quotes must be submitted using the SF 1449 Solicitation Form to Jean-Denis Ducimetiere at jean-denis.ducimetiere@us.af.mil and cc'd to TSgt Joshua Crist at joshua.crist.1@us.af.mil.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS Vendor must provide two (2) new large venue common operating displays (projectors).This requirement must include delivery to Malmstrom Air Force Base (MAFB), and a minimum to five (5) year warranty with support and replacement while meeting 24/7/365 usage requirement. Additionally, projectors must not contain wireless signal capability and must align with specifications found within the Statement of Objectives (SoO). SCOPE OF WORK Work includes removing previous projectors from mounts and installing two (2) new projectors and cabling to MICEO Adj Projector Mount, Model JR3XL. Vendor must conduct a full system function check, ensuring operability and provide in-depth training to assigned personnel on system capabilities, troubleshooting, and overall familiarization. The projectors must be compatible with existing operating components. All work must achieve requirements found in the SoO.
