Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to- Notify offerors of the publication of responses to questions asked regarding the mold remediation requirement. Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to- Notify offerors that the question periods is extended to 19 August 2025 at 12 PM Mountain Daylight Time. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to- Notify offerors that a Site Visit will be conducted on 18 August 2025 at 08:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT). Interested parties shall submit their attendance list no later than (NLT) 15 August 2025 at 2:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time. Clarify requirement for REAL ID-compliant identification for installation access. Questions must be submitted NLT 15 August 2025 at 11:00 AM, Mountain Daylight Time (MDT). Attach appendices referred in the solicitation. Perform mold removal and bacterial disinfection to decontaminate the area as required by the Statement of Work. Additionally, awarded vendor will be required to set up containment by sealing interior floor hatches and any other fenestrations. Awarded vendor must comply with all existing Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) standards at all times. Work will be deemed complete once an independent industrial hygiene technician reviews and clears the work in accordance with Section 1.4.2.4 of the Statement of Work. All questions must be submitted to primary and alternate point of contact Jean-Denis Ducimetiere and Joshua Crist by 5:00 PM MDT, 15 August 2025.
