All coal shall be sprayed with non-oil based dust suppression. The Contractor shall guarantee the coal will meet the provided specifications to be proven by a relative sample of 50 lbs per every 1000 tons produced to be tested by a laboratory. Base Access: All personnel requesting access to Malmstrom Air Force Base must possess a valid State or Government picture identification card.
