AMENDMENT 1 POSTED 29 JUL 2024 Project Title: High Temperature Hot Water (HTHW) System Repair Requirement Project Location: MALMSTROM AFB This requirement is for the High Temperature Hot Water (HTHW) System Repair requirements contract at Malmstrom AFB, MT. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in which the Government intends to only award one (1) firm-fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract under this solicitation. Projects issued under this contract will fall under the NAICS code 238220 with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.00. This will be a requirements type contract consisting of a five (5) year ordering period. This project includes constructing, maintaining, and repairing the High Temperature Hot Water (HTHW) System on Malmstrom AFB. Task orders under this contract will consist of excavating, repairing, and/or replacing in their entirety, components of the installation high temperature hot water service lines, distribution lines, sump pumps, and valves. The total aggregate amount ordered under the Repair High Temperature Hot Water System requirements contract SHALL NOT EXCEED $4,999,999.99. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. Primary Requirement: This contract shall be a Requirements type contract on Malmstrom AFB. The contractors shall, except as specified in the individual requirement specifications, provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, and any incidental requirements/services necessary to successfully execute and complete each High Temperature Hot Water (HTHW) project per the specifications or Statement of Work (SOW). Initial Task Order Project: Project consists of excavating existing direct bury underground HTHW service lines and replacing in their entirety. The Request for Proposal will be available on or about 28 May 2024. The Request for Proposal will close on or about 28 June 2024. The ordering period for this contract is five (5) years with a Winter Exclusion period estimated to be 15 November – 1 April of each calendar year. The Notice to Proceed (NTP) and period of performance (PoP) shall be determined at the issuance of each task order. There may be minimal restricted area access requirements. This acquisition is set aside for Total Small Businesses under the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010.
