The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and incidentals necessary for the removal and replacement of the flooring and wall base in the areas of the DFAC shown on the attached floor... The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and incidentals necessary for the removal and replacement of the flooring and wall base in the areas of the DFAC shown on the attached floor plan. In addition, the Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and incidentals necessary for the removal and replacement of the insulated flooring in three walk-in coolers in the DFAC kitchen area. Walk-in cooler flooring shall be compatible with the existing cooler system (make, model, etc.). Existing flooring shall be removed down to the concrete slab and disposed off-base. Comply with current Air Force design standards, Headquarters Global Strike Command design directives, Base standards and referenced publications. Contractor shall provide construction drawings IAW the referenced standards. See attachments for additional details.
