The Contractor shall engineer, design, furnish, and install two (2) 208VAC 30A circuits and one (1) 208VAC 20A circuit with associated conduit, wiring, and two (2) NEMA L6-30 and one (1) NEMA L6-20 receptacles. Additionally the contractor must install a drain line IAW the cooling rack installation instructions and applicable building codes to drain condensate from chiller unit into a building drain in Bldg 145 RM 1 mechanical room to support the installation of HVAC chiller device. The contractor shall supply all project management, supervision, labor, material, parts, tools, test equipment, transportation, and temporary systems and travel to affect the site survey engineering, design, installation, and testing of the electrical cabling and drain hose at building 145. The Contractor shall utilize survey information to analyze the project requirement, perform engineering design tasks, and develop the data deliverable in Microsoft Office Application format. The Contractor shall accomplish all necessary actions to identify and contact subcontractor(s) required for project implementation.
