The certified applicator (a.k.a the contractor) shall provide all labor, rodenticide, chemicals, fumigants, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform rodenticide treatments, extermination and carcass removal of Richardson Ground Squirrels for approximately 672 acres of main base area and 328 acres of housing area on Malmstrom AFB. The certified applicator shall apply control measures to include EPA and DoD approved fumigants, rodenticides, smoke applications, and traps, in accordance with the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and product label.
