Responses to this RFI will not be returned. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future and potential solicitation. It is the intent of the Contracting Office to use this for market research purposes only. Should a formal solicitation be released, it may be through the System for Award Management (http://sam.gov) Contract Opportunities. The Government shall not reimburse the costs of preparing responses to this RFI. Malmstrom AFB, MT requires the performance of Pyrotechnics for the 2022 Montana Military Open House in Great Falls, Montana, scheduled for 23 and 24 July 2022, in accordance with attached Statement of Work. CAPABILITIES STATEMENT Interested parties are encouraged to submit a capability statement, with descriptive literature, clearly demonstrating ability to meet the stated requirements. The capability statement should clearly present evidence that the interested party feels is relevant. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of quotes or offers received in response to this notice.
