The small business contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items for the fabrication and purchase of MM-III door axle blanks for the 583 Missile Maintenance Squadron (MMXS) Rivet MILE, Malmstrom Air Force Base (AFB), MT. The intent of this requirement for the contractor is to deliver axle blanks in increments as needed until the Government needs are fulfilled.
