The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, transportation and other items and services necessary to perform custodial services at 15 LCC’s as defined in this Performance Work Statement with an option to include Missile Alert Facilities topside cleaning. The contractor is required to deep-clean five (5) LCC’s and MAF’s during the base year and five (5) each subsequent option year. The contract will consist of a basic period of performance of 1 year and four 1-year option periods. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. See attachments for more detail.
