This project provides for complete demolition and disposal of Building 1150, asbestos and lead-based paint abatement, site grading, seeding, sod, new sidewalk and curb and gutter, asphalt pavement with markings, relocate fire hydrant, electrical work, capping/removing existing utilities, construction of force protection wall, design and installation of an irrigation system. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL PROPOSALS ARE GOOD THROUGH 31 DECEMBER 2019. The acquisition is advertised as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Notice to Offers: Funds are presently not available for this requirement. Award under this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. A potential winter exclusion exists from the period of 15 November through 15 April. Period of Performance: 180 days after notice to proceed.
