Matador Manor Streetlights

This project involves the removal and replacement of all street lights, poles, and concrete bases in Matador Manor, including new electrical infrastructure installed via directional drilling. The estimated budget is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 08 January 2026 at 7015 Goddard Drive, Malmstrom AFB, MT, and interested parties must be able to access the federal installation to attend.
