Construction work under this project may include but is not limited to demolishing the building complete with footings, foundation, site utilities, AT wall and berm, grading, sodding and extending irrigation to the disturbed areas in accordance with the statement of work and these specifications. The project NAICS code 238910 with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.00. The estimated project magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. A site visit has been scheduled for 18 December 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST), see FAR Clause 52.236-27, Site Visit (Construction)(Alt I) for address of meeting location. All interested parties must submit a signed Contractor Entry Authorization List (CEAL) with the required information to the Contract Administrator (Mr. Cody Babinecz) no later than 11:00 a.m. MST on 09 December 2024.
